At NuPhy Studio, we want you to be fully satisfied with your mechanical keyboards and accessories. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  Securely pack the item and ship it to the provided return address using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery to our warehouse.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned unit for any damage or missing parts, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
